Let us pray
Almighty God from whom all blessings flow, all hearts are open and to whom all hearts desires are known, we thank You for another day to come and worship You. We appreciate your love and protection over us and pray that You keep Your Mighty Watch over us.
Lord in the Silence, hear our Prayer.
Eternal God, bless all the Bishops and Clergies all over the world and let them continue to steer us to the right way of moving closer to You.
We pray for our volunteer Clergies and Worship Team, as well as those who volunteer their time and energy for the smooth running of our Worship here at St Peter’s that You continue to bless them all and their families.
And as we are now preparing to welcome our new Vicar here into our Church we pray and ask that You bless the Welcome Day for us.
Lord in the Silence, hear our Prayer.
God of All Wisdom, we pray that you guide all the World Leaders and give them the Good Wisdom of ruling their people with fairness and equality.
We pray for those Countries still fighting wars or in one conflict or another that You give them the wisdom of good compromise for settling their disputes for lasting peace. We pray at this time for Afghanistan and Ti Gray. We also pray for the people of La Palma that You please protect them from their Country’s Volcanic Erruption Larva now occurring in their Country.
Lord in the Silence hear our Prayer.
Loving God Bless our Community and let us continue to live in peace and harmony free from all crimes. We pray that You bless our Youths and direct them the way to live a peaceful , contented and happy life.
We pray for our Key Workers, NHS Workers, Teachers, Environmental Workers who keep our surroundings clean, the Police, Carers and Animal Lovers. We also pray for the sick that you heal them and be the companion to the lonely.
Lord in the Silence , hear our Prayer.
Comforting Lord, we pray for the recently departed that You comfort and give their families the fortitude to bear their loss. We pray especially for Pam (Joyce’s Sister), Sir David Amess and the Victims of the Bomb in the Syrian Capital Damascus.
We also pray for those whose Anniversaries fall at this time including Reginald Harvey, Margaret Grainger, James Joseph and Brian Oatham.
Eternal Rest grant unto Them Oh Lord, and may Thy Light Perpectual Shine upon Them.
Father Lord, hear us while we pray and bless us as we start a new week today.
Merciful Father Accept these our Prayers for the Sake of Your Son, our Saviour Jesus Christ.
Amen.
